Our History
We at the Student Leadership Conference are excited to be hosting the 10th Annual Conference on the Okanagan Campus. Since its resurrection, the conference has continued to expand and grow into the largest student run leadership conference outside of the Lower Mainland. The 2017 Student Leadership Conference celebrates the curiosity of our student leaders. We celebrate curiosity because curiosity is the motivation behind student leaders’ successes, it is what drives the desire to learn more and become accomplished leaders in the community. Being curious has encouraged and facilitated the immense innovation, research, and evolution of UBC, and it is what will continue to inspire future generations of students to achieve excellence.

Mission
Our mission at the Student Leadership Conference is to provide delegates the means to become inspired by discovering and exploring their individual leadership potential while engaging with like-minded individuals from a variety of backgrounds. The goal is to emerge from the conference curious, with a desire to learn more, improve current leadership skills, and acquire new ones.
